· Active Clients: If you are an active client, we keep your health history and class attendance records to ensure continuity of care throughout your different sessions with us, respecting Pilates privacy.
· Inactive Accounts: If you have not booked a class or logged into your account for a period of 24 months, we will consider your account inactive. At that point, we will delete your personally identifiable information and detailed health notes; however, we may retain anonymized attendance data for internal business analysis while ensuring robust data protection measures.
You have control over your data, ensuring client information security, and can request its deletion at any time.
· In-App Deletion: You can easily edit or delete specific health notes (such as old injuries) directly within your profile settings under 'My Profile,' reinforcing our commitment to data protection.
· Account Deletion: To permanently delete your entire account and all associated data (including your name, email, and health history), please navigate to Account > 'Close Account.' This action is irreversible and will remove your access to class bookings, emphasizing Pilates privacy.
· Manual Request: If you prefer, you can request data deletion by emailing us at niki.thepilateshouse@gmail.com. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
